Qodesh CM is the trade name of QPS, Inc., a Maryland corporation established in 1996. The firm and its predecessors, including Qodesh Engineering Services, Inc., span 40+ years of continuous practice in Baltimore — a history that has made us one of the longest-operating minority-owned businesses in the civil and structural engineering design and construction industry.

Our project work spans the northeastern u.s., from virginia to new york, serving institutions, government agencies, and private developers who need a firm that treats client trust and quality management as inseparable from the engineering itself — on-time delivery, minimal change orders, and plans that hold up under real construction conditions.
“Qodesh” (pronounced ko-DESH) comes from a Hebrew and Aramaic root meaning set apart, consecrated, and dedicated — a name the firm treats as a standard for how it practices, not just what it's called.
